LEanne Goff
Personal Assistant to Leif Hetland/Executive Administrator

Leanne, her husband, Ray, along with their two children, were trained with YWAM beginning in 1984. The have served on the field in Guatemala, as well as various cities in Mexico. Leanne also ministered nearly ten years with Teen Challenge in Iowa and Nebraska, as well as Tennessee where she served was the Women’s Supervisor and pioneered the first women’s center in Chattanooga. In 2003, Leanne became the Women’s Director at Heartland Assembly in Ankeny, Iowa. In 2006 Leanne began her own mission organization, Ministry In Action, hosting countless teams to the nations.
After years of faithful ministry, Leanne had become battle weary and burned out. After much convincing from her son-in-law, she decided to go to a revival meeting in Toronto. It was there where she had a radical encounter with Papa-God in a way she had never experienced before. During this encounter, she received what she calls her “Baptism of Love” which completely transformed her life. Before her Baptism of Love God, was her Creator, Master and Ruler, but through this encounter He revealed himself to her as Daddy-God. Since that experience she has been a radical pursuer of His love and presence. Resting in Papa-God’s presence and soaking has been, and continues to be, a life-line for Leanne and she loves to teach others how to position themselves to receive more from Papa.
In December 2007, Leanne became the personal assistant to Leif Hetland. Shortly after coming to work for Leif, she also became a spiritual daughter. Leanne is the Personal Assistant to Leif Hetland, as well as his Executive Administrator overseeing the day-to-day operations of GMA, but first and foremost she is a Beloved Daughter of Papa-God!

RAY Goff
Missionaries In Action – Director/Resource Manager

Ray oversees GMA’s Missionaries In Action where he facilitates the logistical needs of our missionaries around the globe in regards to receiving, processing and distributing their donations, as well as their newsletters and communication to their supporters. Ray and his wife, Leanne, have a wealth of experience in and off the mission field. They were trained with YWAM and have served on the field in Guatemala and various cities in Mexico. They raised their two children on the mission field and understand the challenges and joys of fulfilling the Great Commission of reaching the least, the last, and the lost. Ray also ministered nearly ten years with Teen Challenge in Iowa and Nebraska as Evangelism Supervisor, as well as Vice-President of Teen Challenge in Chattanooga, TN. Ray also manages the wealth of products and resources GMA carries in shipping our products out to the various venues where Leif speaks and ministers, as well as assisting in the development of new project resources.

SARAH LUTHER
Receptionist/Office Assistant

In 2007, Sarah went on her first mission trip to Africa with Leif Hetland and Global Mission Awareness. She fell in love with Africa and caught the first stages of the mission virus, only to go back to Africa in 2008 as part of the GMA Advanced Ministry Team. Shortly thereafter, Sarah moved from her home in Alaska to Birmingham, AL where she received her minister’s license from Birmingham Metro Master’s Commission. Sarah interned with GMA for a summer during her three years at Master’s Commission, hoping to return as full-time staff one day. After graduating from Master’s Commission in May 2011, Sarah joined the GMA team as our Office Assistant assisting with our International Ministry Trips, research and development for new projects, as well as various other areas to help enhance the overall ministry of GMA.
